Topics Account Changes I'm running out of disk space, can I upgrade my account to the next level? I'm currently set up under a (Windows/Unix) plan and would like to change to the other. Is that possible? If I change my account do I have to republish or move all the files? I've upgraded plans but the control panel still shows the disk space or transfer allowance of my previous plan. What's going on? Can I change my control panel username? How do I change the account or FTP passwords? How do I change billing methods or update my credit card. How do I change billing periods from monthly/yearly? I've recently taken over the website, how do I change the information on the account. How do I cancel my account? I went to upgrade plans and it says there are no compatable plans.
